Why we do not accept returns?
We started this business because no one offered the style or quality we wanted for our guitars. Every where we looked we found cheap boring dice so we decided to design our own. Our friends liked them so much we began making dice for them. It just grew from there.
We offer you a highy quality dice AND several styles to create the look you want. These are custom orders and are therefore, non-returnable. It is important that you make your choices carefully and contact us if you have specific questions BEFORE you order. We carefully inspect and test each dice before shipment and do not send out damaged or defective dice. Packages within the U.S. are shipped Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. If your package is delivered to you damaged return it to your post office to make a claim.

How long does it take to get my dice?
Once placed it usually takes 5-6 business days for you to receive your order. International orders may take longer depending on destination.

Will the dice fit on my guitar?
We tested these dice on all major brand guitars and tested them on many manufacturer's potentiometers. We adjusted our design and tweaked it until we came up with a universal fit for each brand.

How do I put them on?
Included in your order are detailed step-by-step instructions on how to remove your old knobs and safely install your dice.

Are the photos of the dice accurate?
All our photography is shot on digital camera, Sony DSC-S 85, in a studio. Most of these dice are polished and under studio lights so you can see through the dice. We color corrected our images to best represent the color of the dice in normal lighting. However, it is noted that metallic inks are extremely reflective and difficult to shoot.

What if my dice are not available?
If you find a pair of dice you like and they are out of stock please feel free to contact us and we will let you know when we expect them to be restocked.

We accept all major credit cards. All credit cards are processed on our secure server - please see details below.
PayPal
Pay for your purchase using your credit card or checking account through the secure services of PayPal.
Checks, Money Orders
Currently we accept postal money orders in U.S. dollars or checks in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) MICR-encoded on the bottom of the check.
Paying by check does slow down your order somewhat, as we don't process your order until your check is cleared. Paying by check typically delays your order two weeks.
Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $25 or the maximum allowed by law. Collection costs and all penalties permitted by law will also be assessed.

GUITAR-BONES.COM uses state-of-the-art encryption technology to safeguard your transactions. The technology used is SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which is supported by both the Netscape and Internet Explorer web browsers that are version 3.0 or newer. Your information, including your credit card information, is encrypted and cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.To further protect this information, we process your credit card number on a server that isn't accessible from the Internet.
When making a purchase at GUITAR-BONES.COM, you can choose to shop in a secure mode using Netscape's SSL encryption -- the Internet standard for secure transactions. Or you can telephone your credit card information to us.

Please note: On U.S. holidays, order processing and/or shipping may be slightly delayed.
U.S. shipping
Shipping and handling charges to destinations within the U.S. are $5.50 Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. If you would like to insure your order:
up to $50.00 insurance is $1.10
$50.01 to $100.00 insurance is $2.00
$100.01 to $200.00 is $3.00
Outside the U.S.
Non-U.S. delivery is sent by Global Priority Mail( where available). All international orders are $10.00 S&H. If you have any questions, please contact us.
